Prices published in tribuwear.com are in Euros. All prices include 21% VAT. Any changes in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla local taxes may apply, in which case they will be shown in the shipping costs section.


You can pay for your order comfortably with PayPal, Bank Transfer or Credit Card. On certain occasions it will be possible to collect by hand, in that case we will communicate in advance where and how long this possibility will be available.

Bank transfer: The buyer has to make a bank transfer (determining in concept the reference of the order) within a maximum period of 3 working days from the placing of the order. TRIBU reserves the right to cancel the order if it has not received confirmation of the transfer after this period. The bank account will be shown to the customer at the time the customer chooses this payment method.
PayPal: In order for you to pay for your purchases through this system you need a PayPal account.
Credit or debit card via PayPal: The buyer will need to provide their card number, expiration date and CVV number. In this case, your data will be encrypted and sent under secure server to the bank’s virtual POS. This procedure does not provide the card number to TRIBU.


We only consider final sales those whose payment has been made effective by the Buyer prior to shipment and receipt through one of the payment methods offered in this regard.


We want in this section to make some observations:

– The deadline is always approximate and is counted on weekdays (Monday to Friday non-holidays).

– On specific and festive dates in Spain (Holy Week, Córdoba fair, etc.), the delivery time may be extended by non-working days.

– The shipping cost is fixed, there are no surcharges for weight or quantity of products.

However, the general rules are as follows:

– Packages are shipped on time within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

– All orders placed and validated before 16:00 hours (working day), will be delivered to the address you indicate in the next 48/72 hours.

– Please provide us with your details a contact phone number, so that we can inform you directly about the status and location of your order. If you are not at the address indicated, you can provide us with another alternative, or the shipping company will retry delivery on the next delivery shift.

– If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, you can contact us and we will provide you with the status of your order.

– Orders placed after 16:00 hours will be automatically shipped the next working day.


Delivery in approximately 48/72 business hours in Spain. For international shipments the delivery will be in approximately 10 working days.

Due to the current situation caused by the COVID-19 virus, delivery times may be extended in some cases.

In case of any incident of loss we will take care of the refund of the amount or the forwarding of a new product. Please check at the time of receipt of the order if the packaging is in perfect condition and the number of packages is correct. If you notice any anomalies, do not hesitate to contact us. After 24 hours, neither the transport company nor TRIBU can be responsible for the transport incidents, so the buyer will be responsible for any expenses or losses that may be caused.


Check your order as soon as you receive it to see that everything is correct. You can try the product quietly to see if it suits you, but do not remove the labels or allow it to catch odors or stains, because in that case we could not accept the return. You have 15 days (from the receipt of the order) to get in touch and start the return process.

TRIBU will not accept any return that has not been no longer nomiced by the customer and expressly accepted by us.


If you have received a product that is not the one that appears on the purchase invoice, contact us with the order details and we will send our logistics partner to collect the product, once we check that it is in perfect condition, box and original packaging and unused, we will send you the requested product as soon as possible, if it is not possible we will refund the amount of the product , in this case TRIBU will be borne by all transport and management costs.

If the product has a manufacturing defect that has not been detected in the production process and subsequent quality control, we will exchange you for the same product or refund your money. Contact us in advance to see which procedure you want to start. In both cases you won’t have to have any extra expenses. If it is not possible to change the product due to a lack of stock, we will refund the total amount of the product at no additional cost. To start any of the above processes, we must first check for the existence of the defect described and also that it has not been used, as well as the perfect condition of the original box and packaging (labels, stickers, etc.). TRIBU will be responsible for all subsequent pick-up and drop-off costs.


• Return: If you don’t like the product and want to return it you have two options:

a) send it on your own to the address we will provide when you contact. If you choose this option we recommend that you make a shipment that is certified. In this case TRIBU cannot be held responsible for delays or other problems with shipping.

b) that we order the collection at your home. It costs 5 euros in the Iberian Peninsula.

After receiving the product and checking that everything is in perfect condition and unused, we will refund the corresponding amount.

• Product change: if the product does not convince you and you want another one or you have made a wrong size, you must place a new order with the correct products and on the other hand manage the return of what you want to return by following the instructions above.
